How long after I place my order is the card mailed?

If the card is ordered before 12:00 EST it will be mailed the same day as your order. If it's after 12:00 EST then it will be mailed the next day.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?

Can I edit the card after I've placed my order?

If you want to make changes to the card after you've placed the order please call 1-888-534-1404. If the card has not yet been printed and mailed, our support team can help you with the changes.

Will I get a receipt for my order?

Yes, once you place the order you will get an email confirmation with the details of the order.

Is there a tracking number?

No, the cards are sent first class mail with USPS and they don't provide a tracking number. If you'd like to find out the status of the order (printed, mailed, etc.) you may call 1-888-534-1404.
